Tinting, for example, protects its users from the Sun and also adds some style to their vehicles. Wrapping changes the colour of the car’s exterior, while Nano-ceramic coating adds a fresh and clean look to it. However, both of them maintain the paint job. 

Car detailers are supposed to understand this better than anyone else. But they don’t. 

Most car detailing services offer less for more, by offering one service or the other. Then, they’ll keep you waiting for hours and might even add a day or two because of “demand”. Go to receive your vehicle, and you’ll see that they’ve added some extras, but with a long list of hidden charges of course. 

Add incompetent staff to the mix, and they’ve lost themselves a customer.

So, what are the problems encountered by customers? Fewer service options, hidden charges, long waits, and terrible installations. 

With 10 years of experience in the industry, Jake Jung had understood these customer dissatisfactions. In 2020, he decided to take matters into his own hands, and start Hi-Cool in Brisbane. 

As the Director, Jung aimed to give customers a one-stop-shop solution for all their auto detailing needs. He picked out a staff that was passionate about cars. Around one year later, Hi-Cool still believes in delivering high-quality services.
