Stepahead Carpentry

 Stepahead Carpentry was established on 2003 by Kevin Willetts and Adam Chamberlain, who both have a combined 50 years of experience in the industry. Both Kevin and Adam are qualified tradesmen with strong abilities in design, manufacture and installation. In 2014 they were joined by Joshua Mullineux who also has 15 years of experience in the industry.

Stepahead Carpentry has been manufacturing and installing stairs in South East Qld and Northern NSW for over 17 years with it’s own timber factory, steel workshop and showroom.

We are based on Brisbane Southside and have a professional team with years of experience. Stepahead Carpentry provide services from new/renovated homes and even smaller projects, large unit complexes through to the owner builder and handyman. Our sales team liaise with you as you work through your project to ensure we can fit in with your schedule.

Stepahead Carpentry specialises in custom design staircases and we provide a complete range of timber, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, wrought iron and glass balustrading from traditional to modern to suit commercial, domestic and industrial projects. We are also happy to provide sound advice and guidance with all our products.

As you plan your stair you must make decisions which our professional sales team are happy to assist you with. The choice of quality timbers, balusters, newels, handrails and accessories is important.

All polish-stain grade staircases are installed with protective ply and plastic covering. Easy to assemble kit-form staircases are also available. We take great pride in our achievements and look forward to providing you with a staircase of which you can also be proud.
